Selçuk Üniversitesi Alâeddin Keykubat Kampüsü’nde Yayılış Gösteren Bazı Bitkilerin Polen Morfolojileri

Öz


Bu çalışmanın amacı, Selçuk Üniversitesi Alâeddin Keykubat Kampüsü ve çevresinde yayılış gösteren 13 familyaya ait 26 cinsin (27 takson) polen morfolojilerini ışık mikroskobu ile belirlemektir. Araştırılan taksonların polenleri, 16,54-77,2 µm arasında polar eksene, 16,10-73,9 µm arasında ise ekvatoral eksene sahiptirler. En büyük polenlere Scabiosa argentea, en küçüklerine ise Bupleurum rotundifolium türünde rastlanmıştır. Araştırılan taksonların polen şekilleri genellikle prolat-sferoidal iken, subprolat ve prolat şeklinde polenlere de rastlanmıştır. Fumaria, Diplotaxis ve Echinophora cinslerinde ise sırasıyla sadece suboblat, oblat-sferoidal ve perprolat polen şekli tespit edilmiştir. Apertür tipi olarak çalışılan polenlerde genellikle trikolpat veya trikolporat tip belirlenirken, ekzin de ise genellikle retikulat ekzin skülptürü gözlemlenmiştir. Taksonların ekzin ve intin kalınlıkları sırasıyla 0,7-6,1 µm; 0,4-1,9 µm arasında değişmektedir.
