Plodia interpunctella (Hübner) (Lepidoptera:Pyralidae) Puplarının Yağ Asidi Bileşimine Düşük Sıcaklığın Etkileri

Öz


10, 20, ve 30 gün süreyle düşük sıcaklıkta (+4°C ) tutulan Plodia interpunctella (Hübner) puplarının yağ asidi bileşimleri araştırılmıştır. Yağ asidi bileşimlerinin büyük bir bölümünü oleik asit (%52,60-54,58), palmitik asit (%20,80-22,87), palmitoleik asit (%1,81-2,75), linoleik asit (%15,29-15,67) ve stearik asit (%2,90-3,23) asitlerin oluşturdukları görülmüştür. Düşük sıcaklığa bağlı olarak pupların yağ asidi bileşiminde kantitatif farklılıklar belirlenmiştir. Düşük sıcaklıktan dolayı pupların yağ asidi bileşimlerinde doymuş yağ asitleri yüzdesi (%27,17-24,65) azalmış, aşırı doymamış yağ asitleri yüzdesi (%16,79-18,58) ise artmıştır.
